At CSKICKZ, customers have the right to cancel their online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with UK consumer law.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

To exercise this right, please contact CSKICKZ by email with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Returning Your Items

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your items.

For a full refund, items should be:

• Unworn and unused, except for reasonable try-ons.

• In their original condition, without damage or signs of excessive wear.

• Returned with original tags and packaging, where possible.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind cancellations.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be made for any resulting reduction in value, as permitted by law.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We will refund eligible payments, including standard original delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned items or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
