At CSKICKZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day returns policy. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return and a further 14 days to send it back.

For a full refund, returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused, except for reasonable indoor try-ons.

• In their original condition, with no signs of wear, damage or marks.

• Returned with original tags and packaging, where possible.

• Free from stains, odours and other signs of use.

Items should only be tried on indoors and handled with care. Returns showing signs of excessive use or handling may be subject to a deduction for any loss in value, where permitted by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns, including ordering the wrong size.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within the legally required timeframe.

Original standard delivery charges will also be refunded where required by law.

Exchanges

If you require a different size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

CSKICKZ will cover reasonable return postage costs where required.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
